Kioea is a band based in Maine and the New Hampshire Seacoast Region. Founded in 2019 by electric guitarist Carand Burnet, Kioea blends surf music with psychedelic and global inspirations. Kioea has performed at venues including the Music Hall in Portsmouth, NH and on WMUR’s Summer Concert Series.  Kioea features compositions by Carand Burnet and is supported by band members Ian DeCelli (bass) and Jake Remignanti (drums). Kioea’s debut EP is slated for release on May 6th 2022.
